The first idea for Film Opening - Mannequins

Our first idea for our film opening was to film a room with mysterious looking mannequins in and then have one person in the room that was real, there would be a panning shot of the room as the opening shot. As the camera approaches the line of mannequins you would see that they are not real people, but as the camera revealed more mannequins it would appear that one of them is real. I had an idea that the real person could have blood slowly falling from their mouth and chest and as the opening progresses more and more blood would appear on the actor or actress. They would be almost naked wearing only underwear, this would create a frightening and creative effect.
